DRIED & CURED DUCK BREAST

Classic French-style dry-cured duck breast (prosciutto), air-dried for 35 days. Fully cooked and ready to eat. Our duck is certified Cage-Free, Antibiotic-Free and averages around 10.5oz - 12oz per breast. With a balanced flavor and firm, yet silky texture, duck prosciutto is a welcome addition to a charcuterie board or cheese plate when thinly sliced. It can also be cubed and added to beans, pasta, and stews or wrapped around your favorite melons or seafood.
